I Think Everyone Has Good Intentions

I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send you a free framed copy. 

Call me an optimist but I think everyone, not just in The USA but from all over the world, has good intentions. I think everyone just wants to go to work, come home and live a nice little life. There are exceptions of course but I would say 99% of human beings just want to be left alone so they can have a nice .peaceful evening. The song says “everyone is working for the weekend” but i think everyone is working for that night. Everyone wakes up, goes to work just so they can make enough money to pay their bills and have a place to rest their head. If they are as lucky as me they have a television. We all see stuff on the news and on social media about the bad stuff that happens and the [people who do the bad stuff. But that's what they have to report so we are used to seeing all the negative stuff. Most of the time the news is not reporting the positive stuff-who wants to watch that? Always-think positive, stay positive and hopefully great stuff will happen. I'm positive I only have like 19 more days of this writing and that  makes me happy. 

The Artwork-This was like my fourth attempt to try and draw the OG of cartoon characters-Mickey Mouse!, and he still didn't come out like I was shooting for. The colors match up to the original and look great, his hands on his hips look great and his smile is infectious but his face is off a little. I could never get his cheeks right. Serves me right for trying to draw the master. I do love the way the lines on his gloves look and the way they are resting on his hips is great. I hope you enjoy it! 

Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam, it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win!
