I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesnt know, this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send you a framed copy.
First I would like to point out for the first time in like nine months the dates on the pictures match up with the dates on the blog. This was not intentional, they just happen to match up finally and hopefully will be matched up on the last date.
But today I'm going to talk about some moving stuff. Movers always get in arguments with each other. Like all the time. It's always something really stupid-like one guy will want to move it turned to the left and the other guy will want to move it turned to the right. This will cause tension and an argument. If they are professional the client will never see it. I've talked to movers all over the country and it happens everywhere. When I was on the trucks I was as guilty as everyone else. In the heat of the moment you think you're going to come to blows but it always ends the same way-you move onto the next piece and laugh about almost getting in a fight. It happens.
I finally got a laptop and do not like this keyboard so these post might be a little shorter until I get used to typing.
The Artwork-Its the Paw Patrol! This guy looks as innocent as could be. I love his insignia on his helmet and fire symbol on his tag. His big blue eyes, great smile and cute nose make one realize how this could be a huge hit. I love all his black spots, not to mention how his back paws are positioned. I hope you enjoy it!
Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam,
it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win! The total on 10/23/24 is $132.
Progress on my 100/100/100. Challenge. The concept is basically I will do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 minutes on the elliptical machine all in one sitting. I will start off doing 1/1/1 then going from there. But they always have to be the same number so I can't do 10 push ups and 12 sit ups; and I can never go back-on once I'm up to 20, I can't do 19 the next day. As of last night the count was 5/5/5. I have until 1/3/25 to complete this challenge. I figure if I just add one or two reps a day I will eventually get there. I'm not doing this challenge to “get big” or lose weight but Google search words of the day @movers pinellas @tampamovers @newportricheycompany
