The Years Keep Flying By

I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send you a free framed copy. 

I can't believe it's almost Christmas. I only have like 20 more of this post to do. This has been the fastest yet slowest year of my life. It's like when you get older the years go by faster because it's a smaller portion of your life but they drag on because since you're older the decisions you make and the responsibilities have, have a bigger impact on you and the people around you. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I would love to be 12 years old again with no result worries, but I think that's almost every adult's dream. I would just be riding bikes and playing baseball, football or basketball with my friends. Oh well, I guess I'll go back to work. 

The Artwork-I think this is the did from How the Grinch Stole Christmas, he's a cute little fella. Of course his eyes and the way the criss cross added with his nose and smile make him look so innocent. I loved drawing the tree branch ties to his head and like how its almost a three dimensional piece. His posture is great, the proportions are pretty exact and the colors really match up. I hope you enjoy it!

Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up.
