Axel is Back!

I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesnt know,this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send it to you in a frame.

Earlier this year I wrote something about how Edduie Murphy was an awesome actor and I wanted to do a little update. I saw the fourth installment of the Beverly Hills Cop franchise and I must say-it holds up! It's not like a lot of the movies today. It's a real cop/action/comedy that was really popular in the 1980’s but lost its way in the last few decades. It wasn't as good as the first one but that's a high bar. They brought back the famous Serge played by Broson Pinchot which really made my day. I absolutely loved him in the first movie. 

Overall it's better than a lot of movies that are coming out these days. I definitely recommend watching it.

The Artwork-This must have been one of those days when I was in a hurry. It's from Rick and Morty. Or it might be Morty, I've never watched the show. I will eventually, I just haven't watched it yet. Overall he was fairly easy to draw. I think I got the proportions of the arms wrong, they seem a little big for his body. I like his eyes and his smile though. 

Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam, it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win!
