I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send you a free framed copy.
I've read and saw on television that pirates used to have flags that they would display to other ships or comin/going from ports to convey who they are and their intentions. Like a red flag would mean the pirates are going to rob and unalive you. A black flag means they will rob you but you could still work on their ship. My question is-how did everyone know what these flags meant? Was there a pirate training school? How were the flags known all around the world in international waters? There was no internet, television or even mail service so how would someone in the waters off South America know what a ship from Spain was trying to convey with their flags. It seems to me there would be lots of mix ups and lots of people may have unnecessarily lost their lives. Oh well, only like 16 days left of writing these everyday.
The Artwork-This may look like Tony the Tiger on some HGH but I'm not sure who he is. He's jacked though. And he looks mean. I love the colors. The way his eyebrows reach out on either side of his face with those green eyes, nostrils and front two teeth make for a fearful looking face. His body is great. Even though his top half is jacked and the lower portion is smaller, the proportions are still pretty close to the original. I hope you enjoy it!
Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam, it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win! The total on 12/17/24 is $185.
