I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesnt know,this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send you a framed copy.
I'm halfway through my 100/100/100 challenge of 100 minutes on the elliptical, 100 push up, and 100 sit ups in 100 days. Today I did 50 minutes on the elliptical, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups. A few months ago I did an hour on the elliptical so that part is not so hard but the push ups and sit ups are getting pretty difficult. I've never really “worked out” or exercised my entire adult life until a few months ago and that was just cardio so I'm really having to push myself through the push ups, it actually hurts my arms. The hardest part of the sit ups is the tags in my shorts that hit my tailbone. I'm finding out that my thighs are the part of the body that hurts the most with the sit ups, I thought it would be my abs. I thought I would get abs, there's no abs forming and it's already been like 10 days, I mean come on. I'm halfway through the challenge in 10 days so that isn't so bad. I guess I'll just keep adding intervals of five everyday and maybe be finished in 10 more days. I don't know if I want to continue this for 100 straight days, that was not the challenge I made to myself.
The Artwork-This is definitely a strange one, I'm not sure where she is from but I think it's Five Nights at Freddie's. She's like a sadistic mechanical doll. You know I love those big eyes and mouth that give her character plus the pig tails look cool. I'm not sure why she doesn't have any hands. The proportions are a little off and I'm not sure what that is in her belly button, oh well. I hope you enjoy it!
Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam,
it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win! The total on 11/4/24 is $143.
Progress on my 100/100/100. Challenge. The concept is basically I will do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 minutes on the elliptical machine all in one sitting. I will start off doing 1/1/1 then going from there. But they always have to be the same number so I can't do 10 push ups and 12 sit ups and I can never go back-on once I'm up to 20, I can't do 19 the next day. As of last night the count was 50/50/50. Push ups are getting really hard. I have until 1/3/25 to complete this challenge.I figure if I just add one or two reps a day I will eventually get there. I'm not doing this challenge to “get big” or lose weight but Google search words of the day @awesomemoversnearme @moversportrichey @Swiftmovesstpete
