If you read these please start from the first day or not whatever-it's your life.
Are you being nice today? Not just nice to other people but nice to yourself. It doesn't take a lot of effort to do either one. The first one is to be nice to other people. Opening a door, picking up something someone dropped, letting that person merge in front of you on the highway-all this stuff takes minimal effort but can make a difference in someone's day or week or even their year. I've had a theory for a long time. If everyone, and I mean everyone, did just one nice thing for someone else everyday-this world would be a way better place. This theory does mean the thing you do has to be something a little bigger than opening a door. I mean like mowing someone's grass or going to the store for them.
Then the second part of this-are you being nice to yourself? Are you appreciating all the hard work, trials and tribulations you have been through to get to where you are today? Are you eating right? Making good decisions? Looking out for your mental health? It's not that hard, just be nice to others but more importantly be nice to yourself.
I promised I would write a post a day for 365 days and I'm kind of running out of fresh stuff to write about everyday-but it will get done, I promise. Moral of today's post-JUST BE NICE!!!
The Artwork-I've never watched Bob's Burgers but I like the characters from the little I've seen so far. After the show completes its run I plan on Binge watching. I hope it's not as long as the Simpsons. But the picture l;oks great. Her little cute bunny ears are awesome but the smile and eyes make her who she is. I really like her saddle shoes (I'm not sure if that's what they are called).
Day six of the treadmill-I'm up to 11 minutes. It's getting a little harder but I'll keep going. I'm trying to just add a minute a day until I get to 60 minutes. It feels so good when I'm finished every night, I hope I can keep it up.
