I hope you enjoy these. Leave a comment if you do. If you do, maybe I'll send you a gift card. It's in the marketing budget.
Have you ever been doxed? It's where someone calls a fake emergency call to your house and all the first responders show up. I have? And it's a lot scarier than you would imagine. This was like 5 years ago. About 9 pm we are just chillin at home watching TV when we hear sirens and start to see lights through the curtains of my living room. “Oh No” I thought “I hope my neighbors are ok”. Me being the naturally nosey person I opened the door when I noticed a fireman-with an ax in his hand!-and a police officer jogging to my front porch with an army of first responders behind them. I didn't know if someone else in our gigantic mansion called them because something was going on in the east wing or what. I asked around and looked at everyones phone and no one had called any emergency responders. That's when I was told I had been doxed. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you there were four fire engines, at least four police cars and three ambulances; probably more than that. It's not a fun sight seeing these guys rushing up to your house. I'm thinking “did they find out about the underground casino or illegal iguana operation I got going?”. Just kidding. That would have been ok if I were doing those things then at least they would have a reason to be there. When I know I'm innocent of everything and they are rushing my house I'm thinking I'm about to be on a Dateline NBC about someone who got convicted of the wrong crime and it took them 20 years to get exonerated. Whoever was in charge told me they are seeing this crime more often and unfortunately there's not a lot they can do about it because it's probably some random bored teenager in Canada just doing this stuff to random people in the USA. But let me tell you, it is extremely frightening when you see your entire street l;it up with red and blue lights and then see these people rushing to your house about to break down your door. I also think its karma from all the prank calls I did when I was 9 years old in the 1980’s. I never did anything near this serious though.
The Artwork-So sometimes I wouldn't get home till pretty late but still had a commitment to draw something and so I had to draw something pretty simple and fast-this must have been one of those nights. I believe it's a polar bear. He’s still cool though, with a nice big nose, the eyes look small but good (I think there's a reflection on his right eye in this picture so it looks a little weird) and he looks funny. What are gonna do?
Day 17 of the elliptical-I went from 45 minutes to 50 minutes last night.
Sixty minutes is getting close-a lot faster than I thought!
