If you read these please start from the very first day
What an awesome day! I got a tremendous amount of stuff done yesterday including two of the three orientations for new employees I had scheduled. One of them failed his drug test (sorry but them's the breaks). We are required by law to give everyone we drug test 24 hours notice, which we did, and he still failed it. The other two started actual training today, they showed up about 15 minutes ago and I have a great feeling about these two. Sometimes you can tell just by how people handle themselves and the way they talk if they are going to be a good fit and with both of these guys I got that feeling-let's hope I'm not wrong.
When someone starts we have a day of orientation that has a lot of paperwork, a drug test, background checks, going over all the procedures and most importantly what we expect from them. Then the next day is a training day-this is more of a company secret that I don't want competitors to see so I won't get into that.
Moving tip-If your guys did a good job try and leave a noise review on Google. Mosty companies like our own give a little bonus to any crews who get a five star review. But more importantly if you have a problem, don't go leave a one-star review before you call the company and try to resolve the issue. Most companies want to make you happy. We are all humans (except of course the lizard people) and we can make mistakes, It's only fair you let the company try to fix the mistake. People who leave a one star review without calling and giving the company a chance to fix any mistakes are not cool.
The Artwork-I feel I turned a corner with this one. The drawings are starting to look a lot better. Better defined lines and coloring is done more evenly. Plus its Groot-who doesnt like Groot?
Day 20 and still not one mention from anyone in my family as to why I have not drawn another picture after drawing one daily for one year straight.
