The Seventy Seventh One 3/20/24

If you read these please start from the first day.

First of all I want to give a big shout out to Tolu Wusu. A potential client who called yesterday, got an estimate and then called me today to tell me he read like a month of this blog and enjoyed it. That 100% made my day. Tolu is opening a gym in  Downtown St. Pete so if you're interested in joining get ahold of me and I'll connect you. 

I want to talk today about the greatest country on Earth-America! I love that I was born and am living here, I love that I grew up here and I'm just so grateful that I get to enjoy everything it has to offer.  I know it seems like we are going through some tough times right now but we'll get through them, we always do.

I always like to think how from the beginning of time until 1776 the world was able to accomplish a lot of stuff but as soon as America started it's like the human race skyrocketed past anything in human history. It took like 1 million years for the printing press, big ships, rifles and whatever else technology one can think of in 1776. Then in the next 250 years look at what we have accomplished. Electricity, longer life spans, television, flight, flight to the moon, cars, indoor plumbing, smart phones and countless of other inventions that make this a great time to be alive. 

I credit all this to the ideas of democracy our forefathers put in place. Because before there was a king and you could only achieve so much. Not in America though. Now everyone is essentially equal and if you can achieve something you are encouraged and have a chance to not only get rich but to change the world. The best rises to the top. 

None of this would be possible if we didn't have the system we have in place now. If people could only rise to a certain class in life then what would be the point of trying to achieve better things for oneself? I could write a book on this subject but I wont. 

And YES I know there are problems, the system is by no means perfect (far, far from it)  but it is the best one out today and I'm glad I get to be a part of it. 

The Artwork-Its Dory!! Or Nemo!!! I legit do not know the difference. But I do like the way this guy is facing. He or she is not facing at a certain angle. The colors also look great. 

Day 77 and not one person from my family has asked why I have not drawn one drawing after drawing one everyday for a year straight.
