If you read these please start from the first day.
I used to work for a television station for seven years before i started this company. It was like The Home Shopping Network but a little different. We sold lots of jewelry, gemstones and coins plus everything else under the sun. The way we did it the audience only saw our hands on camera. I started as a phone rep but was eventually a host. This was probably my most favorite job I've ever had. It was a family owned business right in Central St. pete.
Anyways, I remember we had this one client that spent $2 million one year. Anytime she watches we knew to bring out the biggest moist expensive stuff. We weren't scamming her or anything, it was definitely worth what she was paying and this isn't some old lady that had to wait o n her social Security check every month. This person married a man in the 1970’s who’s family actually invented the corrugated trash cans. You know the aluminum trash cans everybody had before the plastic ones came out, lie Oscar The Grouch lived in? Her husband's father invented and had a patent on it. They made a fortune off of those but now have a business that makes metal grates for air conditioners and other metal or aluminum items and have a huge contract with Home Depot and Lowes. She was the nicest lady.
One day at 630AM she calls in wanting to see a Tanzanite necklace. Long story short, we end up selling her a necklace for $50,000 at 635AM. She never laid a hand on it, only saw it on television. Definitely the most expensive thing I ever sold on television or maybe ever. I think the boss gave me an extra $100 (it wasn't a commission job, the pay actually sucked but it fit my schedule great so i kept the job for a while).
There's no moral or point to this story, just a story of how I once sold a $50,000 necklace on television one time.
The Artwork-Nothing too crazy about this one. It's the Cat in the Hat. I wish I could have done the entire body but couldn't find the right picture. I do like all the lines around his face representing whiskers and also how his hat is kind of floppy.
Day 69 and not one person from my family has asked why I have not drawn one drawing after drawing one everyday for a year straight. Yesterday I even showed my wife a picture of Simba that I posted and still no comments.
The next person to message me and say “I want $61”, I will send a $6 gift card.
(This is only good for the first person who messages me. If someone messages me and I don't respond please call the number om the website and demand your money. )
