I Think I Saw The Future

I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. I put on some virtual reality goggles or whatever they are called the other day and I think I might have witnessed the beginning of the future. First of all, it is awesome. To look around and be able to be in any setting is amazing. You can be standing on the stage as Elvis (Presley not the other guy) is playing and its like youre right there. I envision a future like the  movie “Ready Player One”. Everyone will come home at night and instead of plopping down to watch tv they put their VR headset on and enter a world where anything is possible. Climbing mountains, competing in shooting contests or races, drawing with Picasso, participating in a movie, getting in a high speed chase with the police, walk through a house before you move in, walk through a house before you send a crew out to do a move or literally millions of other possibilities that will change the world and how we actually live. And this is just the start. What I saw the other day is probably like a flip phone 2 years ago. I cannot even imagine what this tech will look like in the year 2044. 

The Artwork-I think this guy is pretty recognizable-Its Wolverine! From XMen and Deadpool fame. I think the drawing is OK, the proportions are a little off. I like the absence of color in his eyes and mouth to give him that mean look. The “X” on his chest is cool but I couldn't get the blades on his hands perfect. I hope you enjoy it! 

Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam, it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win!
