More Hurricane Moving Stuff

I hope you enjoy these. For anyone who doesnt know,this is a year long project for myself where I write a blog entry a day. The artwork is something I did last year. Before 1/3/23 I had never drawn one thing in my entire life and then one day I decided to teach myself to draw and drew like 350 pictures last year. It's not just for me but also for Swift Moves in hopes of getting our rankings up on search engines. Does it work? Who knows. If anyone enjoys the artwork I post and wants me to send them an original, let me know and I'll send you a framed copy.

Once again for like the fout=rth day straight we here at Swifty Moves, a local moving company, are still try8ing to figure out what to do about the hurricane. It was originally supposed to hit us on Thursday so everyone rescheduled, that still seems kind of on track. But we have lots of jobs on Friday that we don't know what to do. People have to be out of their abodes on a certain day so we need to move them but we also are not psychic and don't know if we are going to even have power or the client is going to have power. 

One client we were supposed to move today called at 830 AM this morning and said they would not let her close because of the storm but then called us back at 1100 AM and told us we were good to go for today. When she called at 8:30 it caused a chain reaction of changing crews around and scheduling issues, so when she called back at 11 we had to make many  more changes to the schedule-but that's what we do! Roll with the punches! It's always something. Just keep a piece of mind that when you hire Swift Moves we are going to “Do our Best To Be The Best” and we mean it. 

The Artwork-You wouldn't think Donald duck could look like an evil devil but here he is. It's just a drawing. I would never disrespect Donald but this drawing does look cool. It's just his head in a hood with devil horns coming out. His eyes are what give this one his character, they make him look nefarious. I love the deep red color of the hood and the fact the inside of the hood is a little but lighter color red. His beak is cool looking also. I hope you enjoy it! 

Contest-This is an ongoing contest. It's a weird thing. On 6/27/24 we started with $10 then everyday I'm adding $1. The first person to call in or comment or message gets the money. Here's the kicker. You can either call in right now and get $10 (or whatever it happens to be this day) or wait till the next day when the money goes up. I think I have like 175 days left so the pot can get up to almost $200. It's free money, it's not a scam,

it's in the marketing budget. No employees or employee families are eligible. I hope you win!  The total on 9/25/24 is $96. 

Today I will be starting a new workout routine to finish this year off. I will explain more in detail tomorrow.
